These are the two possibly positive sequences that we have right now. We need to analyze both, but we should only pick one to focus on for the poster session, so think about which one you'd like to spotlight as you work. In addition to the text version below, I've included the file versions that you can open with EditView (for mac) or Chromas (for pc). You should probably use the EditView/Chromas version, so that you can check for anamalous peaks and see which section of the sequence you should Blast, etc.
The mac downloads are not functional yet. To download the pc versions, use Internet Explorer. Right click (NOT LEFT!!!) on the word "here" then go to "save target as...". When the window pops up, choose "all files" (NOT HTM) and save the file as 34pc.abi, NOT just 34pc. You should be able to open it in Chromas once it's been saved.
